Diginlet is a multi-vendor digital marketplace allowing independent authors to upload, list, and sell digital products.
All products are uploaded directly by independent authors.
Omkaar Group does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the originality, accuracy, legality, or quality of any digital asset listed.
Buyers acknowledge that they purchase products at their own risk.
Omkaar Group is not responsible for any intellectual property disputes, copyright infringements, or licensing issues arising from user-uploaded content.
Buyers and sellers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence.
Authors may set their own product prices unless otherwise restricted.
Buyers must pay the full listed price (plus applicable taxes) to purchase products.
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party gateways.
Omkaar Group may deduct commissions from seller earnings as agreed.
We are not responsible for any issues related to external payment providers.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
If the product is defective or not as described.
If the product cannot be accessed or downloaded due to technical reasons.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are subject to Omkaar Group’s discretion and final approval.
No refunds are issued for buyer’s remorse or mistaken purchases.
Authors retain ownership of their products but grant Diginlet the right to display, market, and distribute their content via the Site.
Buyers receive usage rights as defined by the applicable license (e.g., Regular or Extended License).
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial use beyond the license scope is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Omkaar Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and digital products sold.
Omkaar Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from:
The use or inability to use the Site or products,
Unauthorized access or alteration of your data,
Intellectual property disputes between authors and buyers.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omkaar Group, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
Your violation of these Terms,
Your violation of any law or third-party rights,
Content you upload or actions you perform on the Site.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Diginlet, without notice, if:
You violate these Terms,
You engage in prohibited activities,
Required by law or regulatory action.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh (M.P.), India.
Omkaar Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
Your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
