At Diginlet, operated by Omkaar Group, we strive to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for both buyers and authors.

However, due to the nature of digital products, which are downloadable and cannot be “returned”, all purchases are subject to the following Refund Policy.

By purchasing on www.diginlet.com (“Site”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. Refund Eligibility

We may approve refund requests under the following circumstances:

1.1 Item Not as Described

  • The purchased product does not match the item description or preview.

  • The key functionalities advertised are missing or non-functional.

1.2 Download Issues

  • You are unable to access or download the purchased item after payment, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

1.3 Major Technical Problems

  • The product has major technical issues that render it unusable, and the author cannot or does not fix the issue after a reasonable opportunity.


2. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted

 

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Buyer changes their mind after purchasing (“buyer’s remorse”).

  • Buyer purchased the wrong item by mistake.

  • The item did not meet personal preferences or subjective expectations.

  • The buyer lacks the technical knowledge to use the item.

  • Problems caused by third-party software or conflicts with buyer’s system.

  • Unauthorized or accidental purchases made by others with access to your account.

  • Requests made after significant use of the item (e.g., download, installation, or customization).

  • Inability to access the product due to factors unrelated to our system (e.g., internet issues, software compatibility).


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

    • Detailed reason for the refund request

    • Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages)

Our support team will review your request carefully and typically respond within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.


4. Author’s Role in Refunds

  • Authors are encouraged to resolve any technical issues directly with buyers before a refund request is escalated.

  • If an author fails to respond or cannot provide a working product within a reasonable time, Omkaar Group reserves the right to issue a refund to the buyer directly.


5. Marketplace Administration Fee (if applicable)

  • If a refund is approved and processed, we may retain a small administrative fee to cover transaction processing costs (only if explicitly mentioned during purchase).

  • Buyers will be informed of any applicable fees during the refund communication process.


6. Final Decision

Omkaar Group reserves the exclusive right to determine the eligibility and approval of any refund request based on the evidence provided and the specific situation.

Our decision shall be considered final and binding.


7. Changes to the Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, operational needs, or legal obligations.

Any updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
